I scheduled an appointment and was seen on time! Friendly and efficient from beginning to end.
MY VISIT WAS FRUITFUL FOR ME, EVEN IF IT TOOK A FAIR AMOUNT OF TIME AND LOTS OF PAPERWORK.
Medical staff is excellent. They listened and treated me well, they were professional and compassionate.
This was first time at this establishment from the front to the nurse I was good. I explained that it feels like Im having a sinus infection again. The doctor was ok until she stated that she gave a list Sudafed a ipratropium nasal and Tylenol. I asked about my throat that hursts to swallon or drink anything told me to come back in ten days if nothing changes. Drink smoothies are kinding me a joke. I called to find out if x rays were done at the location and was told yes. After getting to the location and signing up the paper work and waited for two hours only to be told there were no x-ray techs present. I was SUPER DISAPPOINTED, having wasted all that time.They could have simply communicated that earlier.
I always get taken care of immediately and with respect
Staff was great and professional. The wait was entirely too long. There were just a few people in the wait room and it took over 2 hours to been seen. This needs to be corrected.

This is my second time to visit the Riverview office and the process of using the website to book an appointment (for the same day) was easy and the wait time once I arrived was minimal. Once I saw the doctor, it was fast easy exam and solution to my painful lower back (sciatica nerve pain causing inability to lay down and numbness in toe.
