Doctor was great, speedy at getting me in and out. Help staff was a little impersonal and rushing.
I made my appt ahead of time & even with a room full of patients I was taken in order so didn’t have to wait too long. Everyone who took care of me did a great job especially Stephanie. I ended up going to my eye doc today & he concurred it was an infection & not something more serious. Definitely a great asset to our community!
All staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The wait time was a little overwhelming. Upon check out, it was confusing that I didn’t get discharge orders or speak with the physician before leaving. The doctor ended up calling me and I had to go pick up my discharge papers for my records. Not a huge inconvenience due to my close proximity of residence but for others may have been difficult.
Everyone was very good at what they do it was a wonderful experience
The staff was excellent. Had a very long wait but it is flu season and Friday.
