I called before going and was assured there was an X-ray tech available to take an X-ray! Get there and pay my copayment see the dr. Was told I needed an X-ray of my chest and guess what, there is NO X-RAY TECH! But I can drive to Riverview to get one! Omg! I was so upset and opted to come back the next day and have it taken! I just called and guess what! No X-ray tech? What kind of after hours facility offers X-ray services but doesn’t have a tech????? Refund my copay ASAP!!!! I had no service done !!! Do not go there!! Provider and staff were very kind and called mr back in a timely manner
All staff nice. Appear competant. Building attractive. Not integrated with MyChart yet is problematic. Online appointment worked well but required all insurance info online only to be all repeated on site?

FAST! EFFICIENT! & SO CARING! I came to get my flu vaccine! Lisa was so very kind to me, such a sweetheart. Valerie, Aliya and Diana were so caring. Diana administered the vaccine fast, gentle and caring! Valerie was training Aliya as she did my friends vaccine & they were awesome! Thank you so much Fast Track for being SO WONDERFUL
