Excellent service and fast
Staff was friendly and we did not have a long wait time. We were in and out in less than 30 mins.
I was very sick and unsure whether to go here or the ER. I gave fast track a try. I didn't have to wait long. They treated me like I was the most important. I was in and out quickly. It was a great experience. The employees were very caring and understanding. They didn't rush me.
I have been here quite a few times with a family of five something always happens. Every provider I have ever seen has been amazing! Providing great patient education and making the patient the priority.
I was in and out and they were so friendly! They do a great job and always follow up on you! This is my favorite place to go !
Your front desk staff was not unkind but did not seem very happy to be there. I learned that they work a long 12-hour shift, which looked to be a bit much. Seems like a long day to expect staff to remain friendly. The attending nurse was excellent and very congenial. The attending physician's assistant was very nice, and patiently listened to me. Everyone was professional and seemed genuinely concerned about me. They saw me in a timely manner. I have recommended Fast Track to others and they have been very pleased.
We waited about 1 and a half hours but on a Sunday afternoon, I did not think that was bad. Wonderful upfront staff and the nurse and doctor I saw were fabulous.
They were very quick, listened to me, and we got everything we needed for my infant’s first illness.
