Great facility short wait and good .medical pros to treat me...
We visited your urgent care facility Tuesday oct 9. Everyone was very nice and took care of my needs. Thank you for the update call on Wednesday. We are now back home in Ga.
Scheduled a 2:30 pm appointment. Was not taken back until 3:45. Service was adequate.
Front desk staff was courteous. Wait time was acceptable. Tech was efficient. Dr. Was kind and thorough.
The facility was very clean and new. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A special to nurse Mary for being so kind to me. Thank you
I could not urinate for 2 days and didn’t have symptoms of UTI but PA suggested it and gave medication for it though I couldn’t give urine sample. I was told to wait until the next day but went to ER Bc the pressure was unbearable. It wasn’t a UTI but something much different. I just believe that if an ultrasound was done then they would realize there was so much Urine I needed a catheter and that my bladder could have potentially burst.
Bad customer service. Bad at listening. Played off all my issues as “too soon, too late, or that is regular”. No prescriptions or advice on how to treat. Made me feel stupid. Won’t be returning.
Front desk employee was very unprofessional. No eye contact, no manners. When I walked in with my sick child she never turned to look at the pair of us. No greeting. The first thing she said was get your license, insurance card, and debit card. No please or thank you, didn’t even look my way. I handed her the requested documents. I then asked for a restroom for my 6 year old son (he really had to go). She said I’ll open the door when I’m done helping the next person. The nurses and doctor were great! However the lady checking us in was impersonal, dry, and was talking on the phone taking a personal call most of the time we were there
