Every employee I saw and dealt with was very professional and understood my complaint and very helpful. They wait in the exam room was a little to long. But I understand when they are busy!
I was very pleased with my recent visit. I was seen promptly and thoroughly interviewed by the doctor to determine the cause of my problem. I followed his directions and the problem was resolved in just a few days. Everyone in the office was pleasant and efficient, which made the visit very easy and comfortable. I am not a person who runs to the doctor for every little illness....in fact, I hadn’t been to s doctor for several years other than well checkups, except for diagnosed influenza A. Having just moved to Palm Harbor, I was sick enough to need some relief to keep from getting sicker. A man wearing no identification told me “we no longer treat strep throat so we won’t bother to test for it, nothing to do for laryngitis, or sinus infections.
