Friendly and helpful service, and good environment.
Staff were kind and professional. The wait was long. I was there almost 4 hours. I understand that there was a influx of patients from another clinic. Maybe in the future when this happens that the patients are told while they are waiting, so that they could return at a different time or able to go get a meal or beverage.

This place is definitely just in the business for the money. I went for a pre employment weight verification and drug screen. First let me say, both were conducted professionally. However, after I did the weight verification, I was 20 pounds over the max weight. I felt that there was no need to continue with the drug screen as I had missed the weight requirement and that performing the drug screen was a waste of the employer’s money and their time. Staff was extremely friendly, and attentive. Very concerned and thorough during the appointment. Doctor was very friendly, unfortunately I was not feeling well so I did not get her name. The follow up call was very appreciated! Thanks, Dawn
It was very disappointing that on the day if my appointment there was not an x-ray tech available. I had to drive from the Carrollwood location to Westchase in a terrible rainstorm during rush hour when I was in pain. They said it was 10 minutes away but it took me at least 1/2 hour. When I arrived at Westchase they did work me in right away. The tech (Tim) was VERY nice & efficient. I will think twice before going to the Carrollwood location again because they couldn't perform the entire exam.
