Arrived ten minutes before closing. Was signed in and treated for high fever. Never felt rushed due to late hour of my visit. Physician gave me Tylenol and seemed to expect results in a few minutes. Symptoms remained, and I was advised to go to Tampa General to be examined for possibility of pneumonia. Went home to have quick dinner and discovered fever had gone away. Went direct to TGH where temp was 98.6. Chest X-Rays determined I was negative for pneumonia.
Doctor was Great! Knowledgeable, professional, addressed issue, and very friendly. Would appreciate having her as my GP.
I had a great experience. Friendly staff and quick. Dr Shapiro understood my issue and prescribed what I needed. Very grateful for this facility. Will be sending my daughter there if she needs medical attention while at the UoT.
