Everyone was professional and caring. I saw someone in a very timely manner and was home with prescriptions in 1 1/2 hrs
Receptionist/admitting clerk was pleasant. Registration was quite simple and quick. I’d like that I could add additional information. I did not make an appointment, so I had to wait a bit, as expected. The PA that treated me was very professional and knowledgeable. She was very gentle. Surroundings were clean and neat. I would not hesitate to return again, or recommend your facility.
I was surprised that when you sign online with “on my way,” that I actually didn’t have an appointment. I don’t see the point of doing that if you don’t have a priority from a walk in. Although I had a 1 hour wait, the staff was very courteous and helpful.
Wait time was excellent, got right in. When someone is a established patient of any TGH or USF. It is important for them to Review the patient prior chart records history when treating.
The appointment was not time consuming as I had in the past. However, it was not busy plus I was extremely early and they were able to see me in very short order. Pleasant and professional staff from the front office to the individuals in the back office. In the future, I would much prefer if the co-pay could be collected same visit rather than later.
