I only waited a few minutes before I was seen. The front desk was very helpful in assisting me in completing my forms. Everyone was very courteous and helpful in assisting me with my neck issue. I would highly recommend TGH Urgent Care to anyone.
Excellent service by the front desk staff and the medical team.
I came in with the complaint of a possible broken foot. The team got me in quickly and straight to X-ray to get started. With in a short period of time the Nurse Practitioner was in my room confirming the 5th metatarsal in my left foot was surely broken. After a short chat and a recommendation to see my podiatrist to asses the break, I garnered my ibuprofen prescription and went on my way home. Went to the urgent care clinic on Lumsden in Brandon on October 15 was seen by the nurse then the lady doctor, the doctor listened to what I had to say she was compassionate, she ordered a shot that the nurse gave me and then she prescribed for me a muscle relaxer. I wish there were more doctors and nurses like the ones I saw yesterday at the clinic.
