Everyone was friendly. Very helpful.
i was in and out in with no wait time
Made a walk in appt in advance, still waited two hours to be seen, so it didn’t really benefit me to make an appointment online. Front desk copied my insurance card, but they didn’t bill my insurance. I had to make multiple calls and was told I didn’t not have insurance on file.(?) So I’m still working on that, which is annoying. The actual medical staff was great.

Staff and doctor were very good and professional.
I had a dermatology issue and wasn't sure how the diagnosis would be since I didn't think that they might have enough knowledge in that area. Fortunately, my problem wasn't complex and I received enough of a diagnosis to let me know that it wasn't anything serious. I asked for a copy of a photo taken of the problem area and submitted it to my PCP and dermatology area where I normally go.

We switched over to TGH managed healthcare. It is so simple using my chart at all the shared locations. Providers can review all past medical information quickly and easily. This was my first time using TGH Urgent Care. I was able to book an appointment before arriving. I still had to wait, but at least I knew I had a reserved spot versus just showing up. Provider listened to me and I left with prescriptions and follow up directions.
I really appreciate the staff and medical team; they are efficient and friendly.
