The location was very convenient 6mins from my home, I was instructed to pre register and it made everything go very smoothly. I was called in at my appointment time and seen promptly.
You did great. The Nurse Practicioner was very good. She was friendly and informative. No one's fault at Urgent Care but I ended up on Sunday at TGH Emergency room regarding the Shingles. I will surely visit TGH Urgent Care again.

The care was good but I was there for 14 hours before being transported to the hospital!!!!!!!!!!! Once they decided I was going to the hospital, they forgot about me. I saw no one for at least eight hours. No one came in to see if I even needed water
