I was able to get in and given care in a timely manner. Lauren was very informative, and we shared similar philosophies in trying lifestyle management before medication. We were on the same page about everything. Everyone, including the front desk person, were very friendly and wanted to get everyone cared for as efficiently as possible. It is a pleasure to go to a place like that when you don't feel well.
The wait time to see the only doctor staffed on a Sunday was poor . I would suggest additional training at the front desk in regards to filling out documents on a cell phone. My mom is 95 that's not realistic. The doctor was great when she came to room and apologized for wait time said they were understaffed.

The Nurse Practitioner was caring and attentive when I described my symptoms to her. The staff is always caring when I go there for care.
