Treatment was good but I was there at 7:30 and left close to 8pm, being it was close to closing I think I prefer an earlier time to come to the Urgent Care.
I was helped immediately and seen by a PA
Thorough and efficient care
The NP diagnosed my condition and prescribed medication that worked wonders.
Easy check-in, short wait time and the PA was very nice.
Everyone was helpful and professional. My only criticism is that I had an 8:30am appointment which I showed up early for but I wasn’t called into the back until 9:30am. Other people who arrived after me were called ahead of me so that tried my patience a bit.
That my pain was recognized and I was treated with respect meant a lot.
Very good experience from the time walking in, to the time I left. Everyone was friendly and helpful!
Staff is great but wait was long with a fractured wrist. Need more staff or a better triage system. Otherwise, they were great, professional and courteous.
