This was not my first visit, but I had the Covid test yesterday in the parking lot. Very well organized.
Social distancing in waiting room was not being followed. Using pens and paper at check in instead of virtual check In. Not having TGH patient information until you get to the back. Signing forms so seeing tech cleaning area and asking me to put my purse down in a dirty old area. TGH knows better! Or at least they advertise they do!!

Excellent service from everyone.. However , the music was very loud in waiting room , I had a very bad headache, ask them at the desk to please turn it down. They said they didn’t know how. It was very loud. Music that loud in a waiting room of sick people needs to be looked at. Other than that, Doctors, nurses , assistants are great. 🙂🌺

I would have liked to have been told ahead of time that I would be getting the nasal swab as well as checking temperature. I also would like to have been told ahead of time that it may burn a little.
Well, I got there early enough (around 430) so I can be seen and get medicine knowing my pharmacist is only open till 7pm. They didn’t call for me until 625ish. The dr seemed not in the best mood. Never in the times I have been there or taken my kids there had I ever waited more than 20 mins to be seen. Yes, I understand that you clean the rooms before each patient, but 2 hours??? Needless to say, I ended up getting my meds the following day. I may start going to another walk-in clinic. This was very disappointing visit.
Timing and communication is really poor at this location with staff. Wait times are over 3 hours and staff is Unsympathetic. They care less about your time or to be professional about patience with medical concerns. They act like they are there just to make a paycheck
