Unfortunately the physician made me feel like I was a overreacting. He said at this moment it will not kill you but I don’t know about later. A lot of people die from the flu. Not amused.
Fast friendly office staff. Scheduled appointment and was called back in a timely matter.
It was fast I was able to get in and out in under 2 hours!

Once back to see ARNP , things went well ... 2.5 hr wait after getting signed in was a bit frustrating. Might want to change the name to “non-urgent care “ . I’m not kidding , I have quite a bit or experience in a (the)major ED & I know how triage works , but I also saw the faces of the 5-6 others waiting that long & I intimately know the push for patient satisfaction / marketing. Next time I see Mr Couris I’ll give him a heads up .
The wait seemed a little long but I wasn’t feeling very well. Diagnosed infection in mouth..prescribed antibiotics which cleared the infection. Advised to see my dentist who believes there is abscess under a tooth..having root canal. Thank you for your help.
The ladies at the front desk were very nice. Wait time was minimal. Saw Dr Fromman and was very pleased. She is a pleasent Dr.
