Despite the name urgent care or the allusion to an expedited service (Fast Track), I arrived presenting the pre-diagnostic made by the doctor from the Clinic Minute (who directed me to your services) and still waited for over 90 minutes in an very hot and uncomfortable room with a fever over 101 and high pressure. I went for a Covid test. As tiring as it was to show up at 4am to ensure I got tested- the experience was still good. The front desk staff were very friendly. I also like the cleanliness of the building .

My daughter and I came in for covid testing, she had some symptoms and I’m high risk due to Pre existing condition and we have a high risk family member. TGH Staff were wonderful and professional and we appreciate them being there to help but the system for testing in this crisis is flawed. We had a choice to wait 5 days for a slot at a county test site or choose to line up for testing at Fast Track. We were told people were getting there as early as 4am.
