Although the wait was long your staff were professional and informative. My only concern is I am a VA patient and still had to pay for a prescription thru Walgreens. I have been told that if the prescription is not on a formulary I should have you tell me so I can get it thru the VA at Bay Pines I appreciate the staff knowledge and bed side manner. Your staff were great. Thank you
Never thought a visit to a hospital would be a pleasant experience. Nurses were great, All the Drs. kept me informed as my experience progressed. Easiest trip to a hospital for.me. The Hover mattress was a great way for the little nurses to moved me from the bed to operation table And back after procedure was complete. I am not a small person. Thanks to everybody for a great job😎
Very happy with the care and liked the doctor
I was seen by their provider sent home with out any antibiotic because they wanted to wait on Covid test to come back waited to full days before results tried calling no one answer led their phones had to go there made two trips and then told still waiting on test to see which antibiotics to give me mean while I’m still sick and missing work I had to go see my primary and get a script of antibiotics for my sinus infection. The check in and out process was organized and efficient. The girls at the desk were kind. Ashley was amazing! She took her time with us even in these crazy times. She truly cares about the wellbeing of her patients. She did not make us feel rushed at all. I would come there just because of how wonderful she is. She made my day!
Considering the circumstances, staff dealt with a long line of people as best as they could. I would return on the future once this covid situation settles down but, in the meantime, would hope a better procedure for visiting/making appointments would be developed to help this crew.
First those front clerk has no sympathy.When call pt you don't identify which one calling there should name station by num or person should signal who had call.There was no handsanitizer visable.. Excellent nice atmosphere very clean sanitize very pleasant
The only negative experience was having to arrive 2 1/2 hours before the office opens to get a place in line. It was hot and really miserable when you are sick. Otherwise the facility and staff was great!
