Provided great care in a timely manner!
Four hours of waiting just to get a confirmed appointment to get a COVID test, only to come back almost 2 hours later because there was time for me to get said test “early.” After waiting four hours, I was told I had a confirmed appointment at 4pm. I got called around 2pm to come in early so I did. I live 8 minutes from the clinic. I then waited until 3:45 to get into an actual room. I should have just come in at my scheduled time. The nurse assistant I think was miss Delgado, well she was awesome very professional and caring to my needs also the front desk young lady which I didn’t get her name , she also was very professional, they both made my time there very comfortable and welcomed.
The process is incredibly inefficient — this does not mean the staff did not do a good job. Or were not helpful and professional in their duties . There seems to be a complete lack of management supervision of the process. I would be happy to give my views in detail
My provider was outstanding. Going the extra mile++ to get me an Rx and referral the same day. Highly recommended!!!

We went to the closest one at wesley chapel, but their xray was not working and they get their phone to work to call the other facility, so we had to drive there for 30 min. We sat inside together with people who were going to be tested
