They DO NOT answer their phones! I have been waiting a week to get my test results. They have not called me nor can I reach them. I have called every day for 5 days several times a day and no-one answers the phone. The same recording every single time. Do not go there if you want your results without having to go into their office.
Ellen is wonderful and kind. I called on 6/20/20 was on hold for 40 minutes. Talked to Sandra and told her I needed to pick up xrays. She told me I just needed to walk in and request. She was way wrong, but Ellen took care of Sandra's lapse in customer service. Also if you don't really need a doctor don't pay for one. Mine was a virtual exam, she was 4 feet away and would not touch my knee or do any exam but i was charged over $100.00
Wait time prior to receiving care was long. Liked staff and care provided. Will return in the future.

Friendly and caring staff! Process was fairly easy to get in and out.
Upon arrival was great, friendly and professional. The PA was very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The only problem I had was the wait time,for an hour or more no patients went in or out of the examine rooms. There was only 1 person ahead of me and I waited at least a hour and a half.
