Both Arron and mark are amazing people
Went in with animal bite. Checkin was efficient, wait was not too long, staff were pleasant and (more importantly competent. Appreciated getting the prescribed medication at the clinic. AND the young man giving the injection was very good.

Came in and diagnosed with a uti Saturday night 7/4. Told PA which cvs to send prescription to. Pa sent prescription to a cvs that was closed 7/4, 12 hour delay in getting antibiotics. I was scheduled to work at Tgh the next day but called out because discomfort was worse the next day due to this delay. Called the next day to find out where my antibiotics were sent and was on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Left message for someone to call me back, no one ever did. Safe Smart Polite Efficient. What’s not to like. My second experience with them. First time was just as good.
You have to get there 2-3 hours before they open for the COVID-19 testing. They only do 25 test a day and no chance to just call and schedule one! Myself and other people I know have gone here and each time in the same week the process has been different. This facility is very unorganized and changes apparently each day, depends on who is working I guess. Not the typical standard you would expect from TGH. The only thing I can say nicely is the Doctor issuing the test was very friendly and willing to answer question.
My daughter and I needed a Covid test do to possible contact. The process is extremely well organized (check in, get a time to come back or a call to come early). Came back and was called within 5 mins, PA was in the room within 5 more mins. Mark explained it all and was easy to understand. Such an easy experience!!! We will be back
Very professional and cating
Was seen by the PA (Ashley) within ten minutes after I walked in. Ashley quickly identified my problem and wrote me a prescription to solve my issue.
