The people take a hour to answer the phone. Then the person on the on the phone will flat out lie to you. They said 2-4 days for results. It’s going on day 10 still on result.
This is the 2nd time I visited Fast Track Urgent Care. Both experiences were very positive. No wait, very clean, & very professional staff. Helpful as ever and I am considering using the neighboring office as my primary care office. Awesome job!
I waited in line starting at 4:20 am for a COVID test for my eight-year-old daughter. Once the facility opened they alerted us we would be checked in for an appointment at a later time. Check-in took 2.5 hours and the appointment was at 2 pm. Prior to checking in, I verified with the front desk that they would test my daughter who was asymptomatic and with suspected, but not known, exposure. They confirmed they would.
