Let’s start by saying the doctors were great as the diagnosis was quick and accurate. I needed the meds quick and I told the doctor where to send them because it was late and my normal pharmacy on file was closed. I heard him tell administration the same. Well they had already closed and the girl never changed the location of the pharmacy. So I went a full night before I could get the meds I needed immediately. Other than this they were great.

I made it clear I was there for a COVID-19 test. My husband tested positive, I had mild symptoms, and this is where my doctor said we should go. Two hours and $45 later, I’m told I don’t have enough symptoms to warrant a test. To “assume” I have it. This doc was exhausted, and talked about how if they tested everyone who wanted a test, she’d never be able to leave. I wish I’d been told this two hours earlier, I’d have gone home to be with my sick husband and $45 dollars to spend on more important things.

Had a scratchy throat and congestion. Two signs of Covid-19. Nurse: We won't test you unless you've been in contact with someone you know that has tested positive. The most ignorant thing I've ever heard. Dr.: You have symptoms so we have to test you. Took the test test, negative. They need to educate their staff.
