Very professional and prompt service.
I was very well pleased with the medical treatment I received. However, I returned the 2nd time because the wrapping of my cut finger was apparently the wrong way. The splint was placed over the knuckles causing them to hurt along with the entire wrap. I returned thinking they would make it right. The person who fixed gave a look like there was something wrong. Everybody was so kind. The doctor was thorough and understanding. The wait time was less than 15 minutes.

The service was great. Waiting time was less than 30 minutes. Staff was very professional. This was my first time going to TGH urgent care. I would recommend this facility for an emergency if you can see your own physician.
Very easy and quick. Made an appointment and was seen right away. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes with a solution. Staff was friendly (especially the front desk!) and helpful.
Everyone was pleasant and friendly and they made me feel right at home and part of the family
Jenna Tillett, APRN, is very professional, caring, friendly and very compassionate. She takes her time with me and explained and discussed everything I needed to know. She has a great smile, made me feel welcomed, she is my angel ! I am very happy and grateful that I went to this facility, the staff is friendly and caring.
Even though it was busy while I was there, I was still treated in a reasonable amount of time. The Dr and Asst were very thorough. I left with scripts called in for my bronchitis and sinus infection. Very pleased. Every time I go there I’m very satisfied.
