I had been very sick earlier in the week. The waiting room would have been too much for me then. I was diagnosed with flu, given steroids, and told to continue with Musinex. The young doctor was very fast, but very perky & pleasant. Overall a positive experience.

FROM CHECK IN TO THE TIME I WAS DONE WITH MY PHYSICAL, THE STAFFS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. BUT, who really shine out most was DR. Williams. If she had her own practice, I love her to be my MD. She was very articulate and thorough with her assessments and concerns. She really impress me with her skills. Thanks to all the staff that were part of the team I saw that day. May God bless you all for what you do.

The front desk were nice, polite and helpful. The technician was kind and thorough. I loved how the nurse practitioner was careful and wore a mask and kept our contact down to a minimum. The nurse practitioner listened with compassion and was extremely helpful. I would recommend TGH Urgent to my family and friends.
