Quick and easy.
I had been in contact with a confirmed covid case and was denied a covid test. I am over 65 with underlying conditions. I was told that I was ok as it was 9 days since the contact. I was told that the new CDC guidelines were a 10 day quarantine but when I checked online, the quarantine after contact is still 14 days. So I may have been asymptomatic, sent home and potentially infected other people because I was denied a test
Great very helpful. The experience was great the recommendation and diagnosis was right on and I am doing great. Will definitely use again if needed.
I had a 1:45 appointment. I was seen my the staff at approximately 3:00pm. Both employees I dealt with were professional and helpful. After getting my call that my results were done. It took another 3p minutes in line to get my paper results. Recommend emailing results to the patient to save time. I was not impressed nor briefed of any reason for delay.
The office was clean and efficient. We were seen within a few minutes of our appointment and received testing and results very quickly. Thank You!

Staff was personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was clean and efficient. The only reason for 4 stars was a greater than an hour wait with a scheduled appointment. I would definitely use this facility again.
