The entire experience from Start to Finish was swift, compassionate. My “Safety and Well Being “ was important to all involved in my care!! My nurse Heather was the best!! I am a patient at USF Health and the advantage of having my ER Dr. able to pull up my “Normal Labs” is such an advantage and time saver!!!

The front desk person was playing hard rock music in the waiting area which was distracting an enjoyable. The two technicians that took my vitals and conducted the tests were very nice and confident.
The initial exam was great and explained to the fullest and was looking forward to follow up therapy. The follow up call was lack luster as the employee was rude and didn’t care about making arrangements to assist with my schedule. She was quick to just say that’s all and told me to pick up my paperwork at any location. Due to her attitude I will not use TGHUC in the future and will not recommend to others based on this level of service.
