Great experience. Results came back in a timely manner
Wait was to long, and never received my confirmation of results as couldn’t get onto portal. Wait time on the phone took to long
Everyone was friendly and I felt welcome. Practiced safe social distancing
Wait was too long even with an appointment scheduled. Took total of 3 hrs to conduct COVID test.

I called the day prior to going into the office to verify what what’s needed for the app and Fast Track Urgent Care protocol. I was on hold approximately two hours, only to be hung up on. When I presented in the office the following day, I presented the following day for Lab testing, I waited for two hours. The rear office MA was rude. Very efficient. Didn’t have to wait too long and Doctor addressed my issue effectively
I was in a panic because I got a text from a friend that tested positive for covid and I was flying out the next day to visit my 85 year old mom. They were compassionate and quick! And very professional. You have great people working there. You can really tell they care about what they do. Thank you.
