Professional, efficient, no waiting, compassionate, clean.
It was a quick visit but very good. The staff and Practitioner was very professional.
Terrible experience. Awful customer service, terrible bedside manner. All we went in for was a covid test, and once we got back home they called saying we had to come straight back but didn't say why, and when I called they said they would call right back and didn't until the following morning. They messed up the test - no surprise - they stopped my daughter after we'd waited an hour and a half in the corridor, performed the test right there. Absolutely appalling. I went in because not feeling well, coughing. Congested.. my supervisor requested a covid test. All staff was friendly and professional, loved new doctor. One mistake was made (sending sxript to pharmacy) was quickly corrected and doctor called himself to apologize
