Your facility did not tested me for covid, I was covid positive, admitted to hospital 2 days discharged, admitted again a day later spent 8 more days in acute respiratory failure COVID-19.i feel I was misdiagnosed even tho my symptoms were valid. Never again will I use your facilities.

Made an appointment and still had to wait over an hour while walk in patients went ahead of me. I wasn't seen until had to go up to the desk to see how much longer wait would be. Only saw the doctor a total of 10 mins.

On 101220 I had a surgical procedure. I was greeted by Dana and Dawn. Both were professional and polite. All the staff from that point on was great. My Nurse Anesthetist was the best, also the crew in the Operating Room before I went under.
Doctors and assistants are great. But wait times are too long. I tried calling the office twice and was on hold for more than 30 minutes each time and ended up hanging up. When I asked the receptionist about the long wait time to ask a question, he said “we get more than 1,100 calls days and have only a handful of people answering phones.” While that may be true, that’s not my problem. You should hire more people.
Even with an appointment patients can wait over an hour. AND I had an appointment on one day and was told to come in the next day to have a covid test. They said they would get me in and out quick....they did not. THEN, the PA said that there was no need to test me for covid and based on my symptoms they would advise me to continue to quarantine... HOWEVER....they surely CHARGED ME for TWO appointments!!! When you try to contact someone for billing... the wait time is CRAZY as well. Presently on hold for 23 minutes and count... read more
