It was fast and the nurse practitioner was very professional, kind and helpful.
Great job keeping everyone spaced out and having us wait due to so many people wasn't bad..the only thing I did get nervous was the sitting and not enough staff to wipe the chairs.So not knowing if one is infected with the virus is the scary part when it comes to wanting to sit.
All of the people that I encountered were very efficient and professional. The procedure started on time. There was no prolonged wait time.
Wait time was about an hour but the APRN that saw me was amazing. I believe her name was Jena- she was super personable and made me feel relaxed. The office called me back after my culture to inform me of results within 2 days. Will come back if I ever need to and will ask for Jena!
