And no problems getting the test pulled up took the information came back and took the test and I was out of there..
Everyone was professional, kind and considerate and everything was spotless! The dr. who called with my results took time with me and discussed symptoms even though my COVID results were negative.

Only one person before me. The doctor explained my cause and treatment plan clearly and my medicine was sent directly to my pharmacy
Left a message to call for dr to discuss my test results and I was on the phone over an hour with no reply. I had to drive into the clinic and sit with covid in a crowded waiting room to talk to the doctor. One phone for 13 locations is ridiculous.

Drive up COVID test prior to surgery at TGH. Very efficient, courteous and quick.
The pre op experience was excellent. The room wasn't cold, very comfortable bed and the nursing staff was very attractive. After signing all the forms the procedure was explained and you knew what to expect. Post-op was excellent as well but I thought I.should have been checked more often. They pulled the screen closed and you had no way to call them unless you yelled.The staff in both cases were very kind and helpful. The rooms were very nice and large and the mattress was very comfy.
