The staff was very kind. I have a hemeroid. My problem was that the doctor didn't even look at it. She just asked me some questions and prescribed me some cream. Even though it's a common condition, I would assume the doctor would at least look at the problem so it can be diagnosed. The doctor took 0% effort in examining the problem. Shame on you
