Extremely unhappy with the office visit. I have been experiencing Covid symptoms for the past 4 to 5 days. Did some research as my husband and I we’re leaving for a trip in a few days. Found that TGH in Riverview offered the fast test and I called to confirm. The girl I spoke with on the phone also confirmed that my fastrack appointment had gone thru and I was all set for 3:30 PM on 1/15/2021. Web page https://www.fasttrackurgentcare.com/rapid-covid-19-testing-tampa/ states one can just show up at three Tampa locations for a rapid test. When I showed up right now at South Tampa they told me it was by appointment only, with no appointments sooner than 48 hours.
Everyone is great except your receptionist Lesley. Very rude, and short when I asked questions it was like she didn't want to be bothered.
