Even though I had an appt..I waited 1.5 hrs before I saw anyone. It was Friday afternoon and they were busy, but still too long. I did get seen and got a COVID test. In the past, it was much quicker and I appreciate getting seen the same day.
Staff is extremely friendly and professional. There was a bit of a wait but all biosecurity measures were well in place for the safety of the staff and the patients. The staff made me feel very comfortable and confident.
Staff was welcoming and thorough - PA assigned to us was very professional yet kind and friendly and helped us to feel at ease in a very difficult situation.
You did a great job. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Mitchell was very nice and explained what my operation was before surgery. I’m doing great now. Have very little itching around incision. Made it back to WV yesterday. Thank you to all who were involved in my surgery.
