Reassuring I did not have an infection. Received good care instructions.
It was very unorganized. I wasn't comfortable with, the facility needing a credit card, in addition to my insurance card, and copay to keep on file. Especially, when the policy established in regards to needing a credit card; wasn't explained throughly. I also had to endure, waiting in a crowded lobby, with no social distancing room just to receive my receipt, for the copay which was collected from the front office staff, prior to me being seen by a physician. Testing was quick and efficient. Doctor was very clear and provided an excellent explanation of COVID quarantine guidelines. Results received within 15 minutes. As always, top notch care received at TGH Urgent Care. Thank you!!!
The wait to be seen was too long, and there were only two others in lobby. Once in, wait time normal for the physician, the treatment was professional, and personal. Treated well, left feeling taken care of:
