Perfect, efficient and professional.
I brought my child in for a sports physical. I called ahead and they said it was $25 dollar. I paid for the physical at the appointment. Months later they are sending me an additional bill for additional funds. They never said at the appointment the price was going to be more. They collected the $25 at the appt and now my information was sent to a collection agency for additional funds that I was never told about. I will not be doing business there again
I had something in my eye for a week or so Went in early but it is a urgent care rember so it was a bit of a wait. When I was seen they realized that they could not remove it so they called a eye doc made the apt an I went in the next day. The doc was very nice and took the piece of metal out. Everyone was very nice and friendly.
The staff was congenial and helpful. Reception area and waiting room was clean.
