I was told on the phone 📱 to fill out the paperwork before and you should be out within 15 minutes. 1.75 hours later they finally called me in. Again I took them for the 5th time that all I needed was the Covid-19 test. When I came in there was 3 woman talking on there cell phone's. When I they took me back the only person who was professional was the Physician Assistant and she apologized for the long wait! Then I had problems with the patient portal. Very polite and professional
From the time I walked in the door the staff greeted me a were very helpful in many ways. I have nothing but praise on how i was handled and how my procedures were performe3d by Dr.Hoots and his team , an excellent group. I also had great care by Nurses in the unit that handled me between procedures, especially Nurses Sara and Gloria. in my opinion a very professional Hospital

This is my first time in your hospital; everyone was so kind and helpful. I had surgery and had to stay 2 days in the hospital . I want to thank nurse Paul, Nora, Katy, Julian and David for taking such great care of me. My surgical team Dr. Vinson and her team just exceptional. Discharged was easy and sufficient.
