All of the sudden this hospital no longer had my insurance information. Then somehow couldn't take the information over the phone. I had a nurse tell me that this kind of dumb shit happens here too frequently
I came for blood work and to give urine the wait was over 40 minutes so I left
I had an appointment for the healthcare and I got directed to go to another location and it clearly said my appointment was at the health center on MyChart . Needs to be a better communication via MyChart or a follow up with assistant from office regarding appointment location
My appointment was 4:00 pm, I arrived at 3:55 pm. Just to do a mammogram, the lady was sitting there with out doing anything she did not call me in until I when and ask the front desk why it’s taking so long for her to call me in. The receptionist have to call her. She said she did not know I was there. I was not happy about that.
When I call, which is seldom, I Can’t reach staff on my medical team(doctor or nurse) it’s like hitting a brick wall.
I waited 45 min past my appt time. The actual staff was nice and efficient.
There is nothing anyone can do, unless there were no covi19, so untill this thing goes away there is not way to improve how you carry on with appointment's.
The gal was fine but i still Can’t get into my chart. I still Can’t get to my medical results after 2 Days of trying. I don’t know what to do.
They could have called me with my results. That’s the only thing I didn’t like.
