The last time i came to the clinic to see Doctor kroshian, he was on Saturday. Of the month August. There are a nurse over there i don’t if she get a problem with his boyfriend, she pass her problem on me. I just leave the clinic for her. I want to change the clinic it a friend of my when I explain to her what happened to me. She told me the Doctor doesn’t know nothing. I was explain to the Doctor about it, he told me he don’t know that.
Customer service is very terrible
I waited for almost two hours to see a pcp. I originally had an appt at 3:40pm and didn’t see the doctor until after 6:15pm to only be in the room with them for about 5 minutes. On top of that, I told several people my name was spelled incorrectly and no one seemed to know how to fix it. These wait times are unacceptable and I’m even considering going to another practice at this point.
almost every time go in for a visit I don’t see my provider because she is backed u with patients . I don’t feel like me and my kids are getting the proper care

My experience was okay but I feel it was very time consuming other than that I love the staff they treat me very well
My appointment was rescheduled at the last minute and then I had to wait over 45 minutes when I got to the clinic.

I was so thankful for the support at the front desk. Miss Harris and Latoya were so helpful I only needed a shut off letter but was able to see the doctor and good thing I was my bllood pressure was 191 over another high number .the only bad experience was wit the insurance gentleman Mr. Cumins he was so rude saying the doctor should not had seen me because of an insurance error on his part he was angry not concern about my well being other than that Thanks to you form an square Family Forever!
