They called me and said Najae my daughter had an appointment.She gets there they are staying she doesn’t have a appointment we play the voice mail they tell me it was a mistake the a appointment is for my other child Na’Asiah one child in 18 the other is 2.
I would have preferred to have been asked of I was okay seeing an intern for my prenatal care. Also pharmacy staff needs to work on customer service.

Different instructions by different staff. I called urgent care and explained what was happening. Told to come in immediately. I left work to come in and the nurses heckled me trying to get me to speak my medical concerns in a busy doorway facing the lobby. Only after I cited it was a hippa violation to discuss my private matters in a public space, they reluctantly and with an attitude speaking with me, placed me in a room where a doctor came in and basically told me I was overreacting and offered to prescribe me anxiety med... read more
Hey I don't feel the same happiness I always have everytime I go there. I didn't feel welcome and it made me feel uncomfortable since after the COVID
The wait for my primary care doctor too over 30 mins. And we'll over half an hour. Communication with the staff is terrible, and nurse did not ask how I was doing; or how was weekend. Absolutely terrible.
COVID test was never processed
I was able to sign up for a COVID test same day. I went to the site and was tested and out the door within 20 minutes.
