Very easy to register , was seen promptly however pharmacy did not have medication had to wait until Monday to get medicine they claimed they couldn't send it to CVS so I suffered with pink eye all weekend 😭
The person that took my call kept putting me on hold at least 3 times. She seemed confused on trying to make my appointment
My doctor left and I didn't get the message or a letter until after he was gone they sent it out one week before he was done with not enough time for me to get refills on medication or for him to write me more prescriptions or to have my lambs checked and for me to see him one last time.
Everytime i come here. I always have to come back for a mistake you guys made
Why am I getting a survey 2/3/2025 and I have not been seen in months?
Can't get an appointment. Noone answers the phone.
Dr gage the dentist and my primary care Dr benavides did not respond to the multiple messages I sent around serious issues I was having and I had to seek assistance from someone else very disappointed and dissatisfied
Because I had no insurance you sent me back without even consulting me
My disappointment isn't with any specific visit to the health center; to see a physician, get lab work done, or to pick up prescriptions. However, where I do believe there could be more improvement is at times when you find out you have no more refills and need a new prescription. This should not require multiple requests from the pharmacy downstairs, plus leaving a message with the customer service operator, and sending a message via MyChart as well.
