Very fast service. Everyone was friendly and professional. Shannon Burgos was wonderful.
Nurse practitioner was great. I had no real confrontation with them or anything but the entire rest of the staff was rude, appeared angry. Waited three hours.
Super nice staff, very clean, and even though they had many things going on and seemed short on staff, I still feel like I was seen timely.
Diagnosis seemed to be accurate after a follow up to the ER. However, I made an appointment for 2:15, arrived at 1:45 and was seen by the medical team until after 3:30. Spent well over three hours in an urgent care. Spent 1/3 of that time when I went to ER Friday for second opinion since my hand was getting worse
Love the ability to seek medical care from home and at hours that the doctor’s office is not open. For someone like me, it makes a HUGE difference in getting the care I need vs going to an ER. Thank you for listening and helping.
I really enjoyed the service and the rapid response. The PA was very efficient & knowledgeable.

From the moment I walked in until the moment I said goodbye - everyone was professional, friendly, and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Kimberly Frack is just amazing, wish I could choose her as my primary care provider. Very well run facility with amazing staff.
