Cellulitis detected and appropriate antibiotics and cream were prescribed. Only negative - TGH offered to sell me the prescriptions for $20 each! I declined and they were called into my local Publix. The total Publix charge for the 2 prescriptions was $7.25!!!! When I asked the PA if it would be cheaper if you called it in to my pharmacy, she said she did not know! Maybe you should stop trying to rip off urgent care patients and advise patients to call in their necessary Meds to their Pharmacy!!!!!

Pointless. Today is the 16th. I’m back at urgent care (Baycare) I hope I have better luck.

I was the only one there then two other people showed up I waited forever then had to wait again was called back after one patient went in before me. It was just a long drawn out process for just a drug screen. It took me a hour and 20 minutes. Way to long.

The Dr was nice but unfortunately I was misdiagnosed. I won’t be back!

When we entered at 4:30 PM there were 2 patients ahead of us however we were called in the evaluation room at 5:40 and sent to another room at 5:45 for the doctor to see. The Nurse practitioner came to check Aarvika at 6:20 PM. So in all the wait time was not at all justifiable.

Nurse practitioner was great. I had no real confrontation with them or anything but the entire rest of the staff was rude, appeared angry. Waited three hours.

Went in for a drug screening at 1. There was only one person ahead of me. They finally got to me at 3pm. Two hours with one person ahead. I said something and I was told sorry the person ahead of you had many tests and we only have one computer. ONE COMPUTER FOR A WALK IN SERVICE? That is crazy!!!! I have no plans on going back. Imagine if they really had people in the waiting room. It would take all day to see 4 people.

Waited over an hour to be seen even though we made a reservation. Conveniently long enough for all pharmacies to close so was forced into buying meds there which were much higher cost. Missed my son had an ear infection and needed antibiotics. NP was friendly but didn’t have any answers. Ended up going to normal doctor Monday morning.
