The place was very nice and clean. The staff was very professional. The Nurse Practitioner was very kind and attentive. She explained thoroughly of what she was doing and why.
Was treated with respect and dignity very professional and courteous staff.
Was extremely easy to complete my virtual visit. Medication was prescribed and my symptoms have gone away. Thank you!
I arrived without an appointment at about 10AM & was cordially received by the receptionist (a sub from another office.) I waited only about 20 minutes before being seen by the triage nurse. She was efficient, professional & empathetic. I then saw Kaila, a PA. She was also very efficient, professional & caring. My concerns were taken seriously & I was referred for blood work (done on-site) & an ultrasound. Unfortunately I had had to receive services a couple of times already. Each time for something different. Each time I was treated as a valued patient and given the attention required. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable but most importantly tjwy listen to their patient ts and do what is right!!
