Other than the wait time, it was a great experience for being sick. Front desk, LPN, and the PA were personable and very helpful.
The X-ray tech was very friendly and professional
Had a good experience even tho’ it was recommended that I go to ER it was a positive experience
Slowwwww. Was there about 2 hrs
Waited over an hour to be seen even though we made a reservation. Conveniently long enough for all pharmacies to close so was forced into buying meds there which were much higher cost. Missed my son had an ear infection and needed antibiotics. NP was friendly but didn’t have any answers. Ended up going to normal doctor Monday morning.
Everything was good other than long wait time with an appointment. Waited 45mins to be seen
The lady doctor was great. The pregnant one. Lol.
Dr. Collins was absolutely wonderful. She was thorough and asked questions that helped me feel better about my issue. Staff was friendly and great.
Service was fantastic & the NP knew her stuff.,She accurately diagnosed my condition & both administered & prescribed the correct medication to relieve my pain. If given the opportunity, I would highly recommend TGH Urgent Care. Thank-you
