Everything was great in back. They were awesome. Thorough. Kind., clean. Cared about me and my issue. Took great care of me. Front desk attitude was awful. Too busy on their phones to look up. I have injured fingers on my dominate hand. I’m holding it up to keep it from bleeding and she shoves a clip board full of papers to fill out. Head back down in her mobile device , i interrupted again to kindly explain I’m unable.she’s clearly put out. Finally she states she must ask them. Very quick and efficient care. We were in and out in under 30 minutes. As parents taking our child to urgent care for the first time, they were calming and welcoming. Our daughter hates doctors and they did their best to respect her fears and try to calm her down to give her the best care. They knew exactly what was wrong almost immediately, which gave us some relief from our scared and helplessness. I’m so thankful we have a TGH fast track nearby they truly are world class!

Everyone was friendly and professional and I was treated in a timely manner. Highly recommend this facility!
All staff were extra friendly. Had a great experience. Would recommend to any who needs attentive medical care. All my questions were answered, and they were all answered in a way that explained and covered all that I was asking.
Everything was great except none of the prescriptions the doctor said she was sending in actually got sent or reviewed at my pharmacy. On visit summary it said prescriptions "N/A" and there was no way for me to contact anyone that I could figure out. So I paid a copay, was told I needed treatment but recieved no treatment.
