I was visiting from out of town when I experienced discomfort and needed to make sure I did not have a UTI. The wait time was short, the staff was very efficient and friendly and the PA that I saw , Elisabeth, was very nice and thorough with her questions before giving me treatment. Medicine was called in to Publix as requested and all just went really smoothly.. they did a quick culture and also followed up via phone for the long culture result. I’d go back to TGH Urgent Care and highly recommend this Facility.

I needed a follow up visit, and because of some pain, I tried going a little early late one evening. 7:30. I didn't know what to expect. But, they didn't mind at all, were very quick and efficient, and provide very good care. Couldn't ask for more.

Available to care was great for me. Your hrs of service was great. Customer service was pleasant. My only concern was I went in with sinus symptoms. They didn’t test for COVID. I even asked if they should’ve test. They told me know. They didn’t think I had COVID. I wish they had tested. But I didn’t push.
