I was surprised that when you sign online with “on my way,” that I actually didn’t have an appointment. I don’t see the point of doing that if you don’t have a priority from a walk in. Although I had a 1 hour wait, the staff was very courteous and helpful.

I didn’t have along wait to see a doctor and was diagnosed and given medication as quickly as possible. Everyone was friendly and it was a good experience.

Going to the UC on Saturday late morning is great. The wait time is minimal to reasonable and the front desk staff, nurses and doctors are very through and pleasant.

I was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival and the Doctor who took care of me was very professional and understanding. When I need urgent care in the future, I will return ..

You listened to what I had to say. Including the medicine that only works for what was wrong with me. I greatly appreciate that and I am on the road to recovery. Thank you for being one of the people that listens to the patient.

I felt terrible when I walked in. Had to wait about 45 minutes, but once my name was called I got taken care of immediately. The nurse was very friendly and the PA made me feel better. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and given some prescriptions which helped me tremendously. After 5 days, I feel like a new woman. So glad this place is close by , I would recommend it to everyone! Thank you.

Please do not offer appointment times especially on weekends because you still wait same amount of time. (That is so misleading. Just remove that) Staff, Provider were professional and compassionate. Negative is when you are told only 1 Provider is scheduled. 2 plus hours waiting before being called back into a room where we waited another 48 minutes before anyone came into the room.
