At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Was 1/2 people in the waiting room and waited for over an hour to be seen. The new way of doing paperwork is over complicated and unnecessary.
If you want to wait hours after making appointments and people who can care less about you then go Here!!!!!! Tampa General is going Down Hill So Bad Its Scary !!!!!!!!
The treating physician didn’t attempt anything to remove the object from his nose and sent us to ER. ER seemed very surprised that and Urgent Care sent us there and had us do a pretty common practice (“mother’s kiss”) to dislodge.
Had sinus pressure, sore throat, and some coughing. The staff took my weight and checked my vital signs. The person who met with me tried to upsell Covid and strep throat tests. She admitted she didn't see puss in my throat, so strep wasn't likely. Told me it was a virus, there was nothing she could do, and if it wasn't better after the weekend to come back. This was horrible care and I can't believe I'm billed for literally nothing being done. The whole experience was very impersonal and a poor reflection on TGH. As I con... read more
The receptionist did not acknowledge me and uttered one to two word answers only when spoken to. The PA did not even go over treatment, I had to read it on the discharge papers. They both seemed completely disinterested in my care. On a positive note, the male nurse who did the intake was friendly and attentive.
I went to the urgent care facility on Gunn Highway on Friday morning with nausea. I left with. Referral back to my primary care doctor. The TGH Urgent care doctor examined my abdomen, but didn’t put his observations in his notes. He verbally told me that he suspected gall bladder, but failed to give me a script to go for a scan. After going back to my primary care doctor, this visit to TGH Urgent Care was a waste of time.
Walked in at 840am. At 1040 went down the street to Trader Joe’s and grocery shopped. Came back and asked another waiting patient if they called my name and she said no one came out the whole time I was gone. I took my groceries home and left, didn’t come back. There were only 3 people in front of me when I walked in at 840 am. Only one doctor on premises. Got home at 1130a. No service from clinic.
I went to TGH and left with “maybe it’s X or maybe it’s Y.” I could’ve diagnosed that myself, or called Dr on Demand. There wasn’t a whole lot done to fix the symptoms. I requested a note for the next day given the condition I was in but was looked at as if “I was cheating.” I felt dismissed.
No B/P or pulse. Was tested for flu and covid but given no instruction on if neg. How I should treat my issue. I was Called with my results . The PA seemed over whelmed and rushed and alittle short. No med list was taken. It's the 1st of the year, they didn't want my insurance card or my credit card. From beginning to end I was disappointed.
