At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Dr wasn’t very helpful nor seemed to care. She seemed tired!
After testing positive for Covid and having been out for a week prior, I felt it best to apply for leave from work. When I returned with the paperwork the next day (24th). I attached a handwritten explanation clearly communicating my absence the week prior to have it included. There also appears to have been a breakdown in communication for when I should return to work. Long wait time eventhough I made appointment. I had to call insurance and give my phone to representative in front. Not very helpful
This facility is unorganized. I realize it’s an urgent care facility but what is the point of making an appointment and waiting 2 hours anyways? Also, I needed two PAs to tell me what was wrong with me and didn’t receive a print out for my diagnosis. Yes, I know everything is online now but I was still surprised by this. The two at the desk when I - the only person there - entered there was no hello - no smiles. The lady was taking my info-no smiles ever. Very unwelcoming. With no music and no welcome-the place was cold and unwelcoming. I’ve been there several times. When I told her I was there due to a full blockage in my left ear-she never spoke up and three times I said I didn’t hear her and she never tried to raise her voice. They need some pr training. I need to wait to much and after was a nursing practician not a doctor
Came in for a pre-employment drug screen. Waited 30 minutes. Not enough chairs - because of social distance cannot sit beside another person. A family member left because of no chairs available.
Firstly, I waited about 2.5 hours to spend approximately nine minutes with the APRN. Secondly, I did preface the visit with saying I've had some type of influenza and particularly what was most bothering me was a moderate to moderate plus lower back pain. I did bring this up TWICE. This APRN looked at me and just pretty much "blew me off" for lack of a better term. Said the area where my pain was would not indicate any type of kidney issues? I did not come to get cough syrup for my symptoms. This trip was waste of time and money. My condition worsened after leaving.
