The wait time was minimal. The staff, from the reception , triage, provider, X-ray tech to discharge were professional and friendly. Were happy to answer questions and sent scripts directly to pharmacy. They were ready for pick up by the time I got there.
Very polite and very good at the job
The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous. I was in and out (complete with exam and x-ray) in the space of an hour or so. Very pleased.
Very slow and no communication.
So I requested a medical test for my DOT requirement. Took a saturday to do so... so I will have paperwork ready for Tuesday. Even when I was clear what it was for TGH gave me the wrong paperwork. Lost a day of work and my DOT appointment. Was force to back to get the correct paperwork since when I got customer service they refuse to have the correction sent to de DMV. They are just mediocre here .
I felt like the Physicians assistant on duty was overwhelmed and didn't really listen or care. She told me they were busy and was clearly flustered. She acted like I was not important and my needs were asking too much! I understand we all have days at work that ate a lot but that shouldn't be passed along to the patients and the patients definitely shouldn't be told! I was seen by Courtney Kailunas.
I waited 2 hours to have 4 15 minute tests done with no possible diagnosis. The ARNP basically told me to go to the ER. I left with no resolution and continuous nausea.
I arrived at 1015 and sat in the waiting room for 3 hours before getting seen!
