I paid cash for a visit contacted the billing department on the 4th of this month I look at my bank statement and see that even though I have already paid the bill they are going to try to charge me a second time for the same visit I have to contact them a second time which should not even be occurring but the communication I guess in their billing department is not as world class as it's supposed to be
One of the staff members, Malcom, who takes vitals is rude, harsh, and militant. When you are not feeling well you don’t expect to be treated with attitude and lack of care at an urgent care facility. Not a friendly demeanor at all. The nurse Practicioner was friendly for the most part but I was definitely already put off by him by the time she got to the room. 10 am mri. Didn’t happen until after 11am. People were very nice but my ride couldn’t be there so I had to Uber home.
Wait was not long. I was never called with my test results but prescribed a medication. I got diarrhea ftom the medication, stopped taking it. Called them back for more advice, the phone rep said she would contact the provider and have them call me back. They never did
